Excellent elastic strap

I really like this strap. I like that it's all loop with tighten and loosen ability. It is stretchy so it is easy to put on and take off. The only reason I took off a star is that it doesn't dry very quickly (I swim in circles sometimes) and if that bothers you I would recommend a swim fitness bracelet.
