Delicious keto shake! for sports nutrition

I don't usually eat a keto breakfast, but sometimes I substitute a green smoothie for lunch. I really like the taste of this cocktail. The possibilities are endless. I combine with matcha green tea + vanilla + almond/coconut milk to make a green tea cheesecake flavored smoothie. I use frozen cherries or strawberries + almond/coconut milk to make a cherry or strawberry cheesecake smoothie. I add cocoa powder + nut butter + almond/coconut milk to make a chocolate almond or hazelnut cheesecake smoothie. The flavor of the cheesecake masks the veggies I usually add to my smoothies very well. I really like that it already has MCTs, coconut oil (powder) and collagen in it so it takes less effort to prepare a smoothie. Haven't tried baking with it, but I would imagine it would add good flavor/texture to brownies and lemon tart.

  • FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS. Not only does our low-carb smoothie taste great, it's packed with real coconut MCT powder, collagen type I and III peptide powder made right here in the USA, real cream cheese powder, coconut oil powder and digestive lipase. an enzyme that helps break down fat.
