Review on Compartment Rectangular Disposable Aluminum Containers by Eric Temple

They are really very good. I made these ready meals for a family member. The top cardboard lids are plain white cardboard for you to write on (see photo), while the bottom (food contact) sides are silver coated to prevent food leakage (see photo). I put a piece of aluminum foil between the cardboard and the food (see photo) so that the pan can be rolled up for baking. I did this for the convenience of the member of my family they were made for, but it is not necessary. Each branch is a large portion. The two smaller ones hold about 3/4 cup and the large compartment was big enough to hold the meat side AND another veg side.
