Works like the filter should , but a bit disappointed. I have two different AP units, one of which is the largest in square feet. So I put it in the room the animals are most affected by because of the litter box etc. It improved the air quality, that's for sure. But it only helped against the smell on the first day. Put my other AP in the room and it will do a great job with the smell. The filters are ok, but I have a feeling the carbon pre-filters are cheap and don't take the advertised time. Filters for my other access points are cheaper and work better. This item only gets 3 stars because the Hepa filters work as they are supposed to. but not like I have an air quality tester to check that.
