The blinds looked and felt cheap and flimsy, and they even had a few scratches and scuffs when they came. To be honest, for the amount I paid, I had hoped for a better quality item. When I called customer support to express my dissatisfaction, however, no one was particularly helpful. They were slow to reply to my emails and seemed unconcerned with helping me. Although the LUCKUP online store has a wide variety of goods and an intuitive interface, the quality of those products and the assistance they provide to customers both fall short of expectations. I will not be returning to make any further transactions or recommending them to anyone.
