They're better than cheap stock sliders, but they stick when pulled out. But the main issue with them is the screws they come with. Just incredibly cheap and flimsy. At least 8 screws broke when I screwed them in and yes I drilled pilot holes. The screws just break under the head. You know how crappy it is when a screw breaks in the head on the side of the closet where you need the screw in that exact spot? I had to drill out the broken screws and insert the dowels in the remaining large hole. I'm not sure the ones that didn't break will last for a while. If you're going to buy them, buy some screws and discard the ones that came with them.
