My bike seat is 15 years old (along with the bike) and not very comfortable and moreover. The seat was mostly in good condition, but the surface fabric had started to crumble a bit. I found this and put it on the seat in minutes (easy!) and it looks new and more comfortable. Much easier than installing a new seat. It looks good. It's more comfortable than a seat without, but in that sense doesn't make as much of a difference as I thought. I usually set my bike seat fairly high and this added about another half inch, enough to notice a difference getting on and off. My fingers barely touch the pavement. Maybe I need to lower the seat a bit. When ordering this or any other bike seat cover, MEASURE YOUR SEAT AND write down the dimensions of the cover. It fits my wide women's bike seat perfectly, but there are many types of bike seats and this cover doesn't fit everyone, just as other covers wouldn't fit my bike seat.
