Excellent weighted vest - highly recommend

I've looked for a good weighted vest for several years and this one was recommended by my Physical Therapist. I'm a petite 90 lbs and couldn't find anything that would fit me before purchasing this vest. I gave it four stars for comfort because I could go with a vest that is 1 pound lighter, but I don't think that exists!Love that the sides are adjustable and it is easy to put on. Watch the velcro strap as it can stick to the vest before secured! Highly recommend.I was not paid for my review or given any discount.

I really like my vest. It's comfortable. I don't run, just walk a few miles daily.
