I like that it's easy to use, has many features including real time data analysis & reporting which helps me with my day-to-day work in managing our account activity as well as risk assessment (which are key areas we're working hard at improving). It does have some quirks - sometimes when you click around or make changes there can be lag times before everything updates / reloads properly so keep this mind if using within an office where others may access your computer etc. but otherwise great product! We've been looking into new ways to improve internal processes such as credit checks/risk scores etc., allowing us better insight regarding who should receive what level of service from ourselves and also having more detailed monitoring systems available across teams allows greater transparency amongst them all too see how they perform against their targets each quarter.
