The glass is too thin and breaks easily

The glass is so thin that I was worried when I received it. I asked for a return authorization but then decided to try it instead. It ripped after 35 days and I don't remember hitting anything. So now liquid is flowing. I went back to my thick jar of sourdough balls. I want to return the money but it's too late.
