Edge 2011. After removing the door panel you will first need to remove the glass. Lower the window 3/4 and the glass will fall out as if from the side. the window rests against 2 rubber friction discs from below. Then lower the window guide until it stops. Remove the doorknob, interior door screws, latch screws, and then it all comes out as one assembly. Door lock, caterpillar, motors. and the inner panel is one unit. This solves the door ajar problem.
