I'm giving this a 3 because it's pretty good but has some flaws, I've used almost all the shark and orek mops as the shark obviously doesn't suit us impressed , the orek is not bad but broke after 1 month. I find this one generates lots of steam, large water tank, easy opportunities to switch to a mop for grouting or those hard to reach spots, a living glider for carpets but this steam mop leaves a lot of water on the floor as did us. Stripes, I have nice beige tiles and all I see are water stains all over. I've tried the pads that came with the kit as well as my own rags, nothing changes. Am I constantly changing rags? like that . If this company could make some improvements that would be great, they would have a lifelong customer.
