I'm giving this a 3 because it's pretty good but has some flaws, I've used almost all the shark and orek mops as the shark obviously doesn't suit us impressed , the orek is not bad but broke after 1 month. I find this one generates lots of steam, large water tank, easy opportunities to switch to a mop for grouting or those hard to reach spots, a living glider for carpets but this steam mop leaves a lot of water on the floor as did us. When it works, it works great. Unfortunately, this is not a durable product. The steam cleaner was easy to assemble out of the box and after 5 minutes I tried it. It's lightweight and easy to use. You need to keep your finger on the trigger at all times if you want to vape. I wasn't blown away by its vapor power hence 4 stars instead of 5 but it does a great job. At first it seems that puddles remain, but they quickly evaporate without leaving streaks.
