When it works, it works great. Unfortunately, this is not a durable product. I bought my second one in October last year (after the first one broke its grip) and it just stopped producing vapor (of course out of warranty). I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps in the manual to no avail; The grab handle does not seem to connect properly to the floor component. I take very good care of my gear and am so tired of wasting money on products that aren't built to last. It's just not worth spending more than $100 on a product that only works for a limited time (and don't forget to plan for replacement filters and seals when pricing a "reliable" product).
