I replaced the plain brown laces on my boots with a pair of these in brown and orange, and they have been great so far. They seem to be durable, and the colors look great with my boots. Make sure you measure your existing laces so the length will be right. I tried to follow a guide online that determined length by number of holes in the shoe, but when I measured an old lace I found the length was way underestimated for my shoe. I got the closest length of these that I could, and they fit perfectly.
