This is a truly unique lens, both in design and in its insertion into the Fuji ecosystem. Before that, macro photography was really limited to Fuji's excellent but expensive options or using extension tubes. After using 7artisans for a few weeks I don't think I will ever invest in more expensive lenses. Of course it's the manual focus, but I never see myself doing autofocus macro photography. Edge sharpness is superb, my Xt2 fits perfectly, and the focus ring feels good and changes focus precisely with every movement. Amazing performance regardless of the price. I have bought 4 lenses from this manufacturer and all have exceeded my expectations. I might switch to native Fuji lenses in other cases where autofocus might be useful, but this macro lens is a keeper!
