Bought this bottle to replace an old traditional clear plastic water bottle that didn't work well in warm/hot weather. I have already used this bottle on two trips and am happy with its performance. Both trips lasted about 50 minutes at a temperature of 80 degrees. I started by filling the bottle halfway with ice and then filling it with chilled tap water. At the end of each ride the ice melted a bit but there were still cubes and the water was very cold. I don't know how it will work at a temperature of 90+ degrees, but so far I'm happy with it. It definitely works better than a regular plastic bottle. And it fits in my standard bottle cage, I had to bend it a bit to get a tighter grip, but it holds the bottle perfectly. In general I am satisfied with the work considering the price.
