OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought this 33 days ago and it never worked! The first day I tried it in the office, it worked for about 20 minutes, after which my monitor never got connected again. Don't waste money! UPDATED REVIEW. THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME AND REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE ADAPTER. WOW! I HAVE NOT EVEN CONTACTED YOU. I only removed one star because I wish the first star would work.
