Review on ☕️ Nespresso Expert - De'Longhi Original Espresso Machine in Anthracite Grey by Russell Wong

Pretty disappointed, completely broken after 2 cups. Called Nespresso support and after they hung up and had to call back again they couldn't figure out what was going on. Did they force me to set the temperature, restart the machine, fill it with hot water? Nothing worked and now it's coming back for a refund. My wife knows I'm a big coffee fan and got me this for Christmas to replace my Keurig I've had for a few years. I've always loved my Keurig, but my Keurig was $75 and this Nespresso was over $300, so it has to be better, right? I do not see it. I don't understand appeals. Small aluminum coffee pods look cool. But the machine seems overly complicated for something that makes simple coffee. There's no milk in it, it doesn't foam, it's just like Keurig. Insert the capsule and press the button. or at least that's how it should work. "Your mileage may vary," I would say. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and just buy a Keurig under 100 euros :)
