Good value for money, I recommend.

In general, the purchase is satisfied. All expected functions work well. Support was afraid to deal with the software product, although they did not name the terms. Got pros: Due to its design, the coffee machine fits perfectly into the interior and takes up little space as it turns out to be "stretched" along the wall. The machine is quiet compared to the Pixe. If there is an account in the foreign AppStore, a smartphone application will be available from which you can manage the machine…

The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.

Once, and sometimes several times in a row, the machine pierces the capsule, then throws it away and goes into emergency mode. You have to turn the machine off and on again, take out the unused capsule, insert it again and maybe, with luck, the machine will make coffee. If you are not lucky, the procedure is repeated. Repair doesn't help. The coffee is decent

Cons
  • Works one time.

The product can be used, I expected a little more.

"Residual" water not only accumulates in a special pan, but also outside it. Therefore, every time, taking out the tray with capsules (and this is a maximum of 7-8 pieces), you have to wipe the coffee-colored water that leaked out. I turned to Nespresso - they said "yes, there is such a thing, sorry, our coffee machines are not perfect." It's a shame to switch from Pixie (which for 5 years there were no complaints) to something more expensive and be so disappointed.

Pros
  • There are 3 drink temperature settings. There is an Americano mode for very large cups. Large water tank for easy refilling.
Cons
  • The build quality is not very good. Capsules sometimes do not fall. Water spills (this is the most annoying).

Two years later still in love.

This is my child. I've had this car for two years now and I don't know what I would do without it. We bought it when it was on sale for $170! The reliability of this car is amazing. It's easy to use. The design fits perfectly with our countertop. We bought a milk frother that sits next to it. Love it! I never use the app, it's not impressive. And in two years the pods got stuck. It happened two or even three times. No car is perfect. All you have to do is push the capsule aside and you're good…

Do not buy! Out of production.

This is the 2nd Delonghi Nespresso Expert that I noticed defective. The first started leaking after the first week. The second one I got yesterday doesn't brew capsules. You put the pod on top, close the slider and press the brew button, but the pod punctures and falls into the bin. Spent an hour with Nespresso support and they said it wasn't working properly (yes!). They also mentioned that this model was discontinued by Nespresso. Probably because of all the problems Delonghi has with this…

Always great coffee

I got this car for my wife's birthday and we both love it. It prepares delicious coffee thanks to a wide range of pods and quality coffee. I drink both espresso, with thick foam and flavor, like in the best European cafes, and americano (for a morning coffee cup). I love the fact that this machine makes americano. Now that I received it I was concerned about the environmental impact of single use capsules. My concerns eased when I read a UK study that concluded that coffee pods are surprisingly

Seems to have collapsed on me in less than 4 months.

I have this machine almost 4 months old. Now water no longer leaks through a pod I put in (the orange/amber light just blinks to indicate it's not ready) and each pod seems permanently stuck in the machine and cannot be removed. I managed to extract a separate capsule by laboriously reaching out, tilting the machine and pulling it out at the right angle. but as soon as I put the next capsule in, I face the same problem again. In short, the capsules are not ejected into the lower compartment as…

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Damaged

Pretty disappointed, completely broken after 2 cups. Called Nespresso support and after they hung up and had to call back again they couldn't figure out what was going on. Did they force me to set the temperature, restart the machine, fill it with hot water? Nothing worked and now it's coming back for a refund. My wife knows I'm a big coffee fan and got me this for Christmas to replace my Keurig I've had for a few years. I've always loved my Keurig, but my Keurig was $75 and this Nespresso was…

Poor design for coffee, tea and espresso

Bought a year ago and scolded regularly. First, the container that contains the capsules is very difficult to remove. It only has a small plastic handle that is almost impossible to grab. I often have to use pliers to remove it. It also holds a lot more coffee than other machines. Second, he often distorts capsules instead of brewing coffee. Sometimes forceps are needed to remove the twisted capsule. The net result is many wasted capsules. Thirdly, the red warning light comes on almost every…
