Review on ☕️ Nespresso Expert - De'Longhi Original Espresso Machine in Anthracite Grey by Neil Bodell

I have this machine almost 4 months old. Now water no longer leaks through a pod I put in (the orange/amber light just blinks to indicate it's not ready) and each pod seems permanently stuck in the machine and cannot be removed. I managed to extract a separate capsule by laboriously reaching out, tilting the machine and pulling it out at the right angle. but as soon as I put the next capsule in, I face the same problem again. In short, the capsules are not ejected into the lower compartment as intended, and even if the machine is stuck, it is not forced to make even a cup of espresso. Suggestions on the web include unplugging the machine and then restarting it, but I've done this multiple times to no avail. Went to Amazon tonight hoping to return or trade in my car only to find I don't have a 3 month window. I'm very disappointed that the $300 car wasn't enough for me even for 4 months.
