Patience and perfect alignment are the KEY to SUCCESS. Tried on two chips. First, I followed the product's directions using the syringe method. It helped, but I didn't get the result I expected. For the second, which I thought was the worst of the two, I used a suction syringe to draw out the moisture (it had rained the night before). It took me a full 10 minutes or more with the help of a second person to line up the applicator and the hole in the jar perfectly. IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT! Then, after applying a HUGE amount of resin (BETTER too much than too little), I used a screw-in push rod to push the resin into the hole/crack. THIS TIME the problematic chip/crack turned out to be BETTER than I expected! YUP!
