**To update. I ended up placing new orders for US sizes larger than recommended for my use and I ended up with something in a US size that actually fits me. . I ordered the two most suitable US sizes (US size was the only option in the dropdown). When the products appeared in my shopping cart, they were too small in European sizes. I removed them from the cart and re-added them with the US size in the drop down menu and again they came up in the cart with the EU size being undersized. In fact, both pairs of shoes arrived and were very very small - the US size was 2 sizes smaller than what I chose from the drop down list. Additionally, one pair of shoes on the list was road style, not MTB style. Worst of all, being unable to specify why the order was wrong (just that it was WRONG and resulted in a return), nor ordering the correct size as it still states the wrong US size. revain are generally great at what they do but their determination to keep customers away from direct contact with them means this issue may persist for some time as I have no way of telling them directly.
