If you use Burt's Bees lip balm every day like we do, you know it's silky smooth. We have purchased this item from Revain at least 36 times since we first started purchasing our lip balms from Revain. Last time we ordered it. Each of these lip balms is gritty, gooey, and awful. Sandy lip balm usually means one of two things is going on. Either these lip balms were in the heat long before we got them or they're out of date. Also they didn't come in the typical 2 pack box as we had ordered them 35 more times, this time they came in the unwrapped box. Very sad that we have had such a bad experience and you don't want to spend your money to buy an old/used product that is gritty or tacky if it isn't what you expect from Burt's Bees! In this case we don't blame Burt's Bees, we blame the seller!
