The medium could not be loaded. While the light pattern wouldn't be awkward if it were slower, it doesn't look at all like the flame shown in the ad. I can't leave a lightbulb on "flame" or "breath" for more than a few seconds before I get dizzy and have the first signs of a migraine. My guess is that they don't meet ADA guidelines for preventing blink rates that can cause photosensitive epilepsy. The steady on mode is the low brightness I was looking for, but you have to cycle the bulb on and off a few times to get into this mode. The modes are not switched with the 3-position switch. I'd like to use a simple single color lightbulb because that's about all I can use without getting physically ill. Not worth the money.
