Review on INNOCN Computer Mountable 4K MiniLED Monitor with Adjustable Brightness, Wall Mount, Blue Light Filter, HDR1000, HDMI, and LED by Jason Collins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Near perfection is the new normal

The last computer game I played was a shooter thirty years ago. In my life, however, I've made my living as a highly skilled technical operator, learning and using AutoCAD software, and am the proud owner of an 85-inch Sony 4K TV connected to a gigabit fiber optic cable. Over the years I have created and reviewed many very good clear images, videos and visualizations. The INNOCN 4K HDR1000 27" Mini LED Monitor meets all the standards and limitations that I've always taken for granted and dismissed for devices in this price range. Put them out the window. The sound from the speaker is much cleaner than average. The controls are available for regular smartphone users I had to study the manual to understand them Lots and lots of settings available for those who know electronics Much heavier than a typical flat screen Very adjustable for display and all in a brilliant silver colour and has the austere look of an advanced mount look. Only one color rendition is very close to ideal. Clear video is a given in cinematography these days, but we had to deal with grayish blacks by default, as even digital film material is very poor due to the limitations of modern technology can be updated quickly Thanks to the magic of advanced technology, Monitor is able to do exactly what was previously only available at much higher prices. I watched 4K movies on this 27" monitor alongside an excellent quality ASUS 24" HD monitor as well as on HP's new 4K laptop screen and the comparison was amazing. Where HP and ASUS gave me the blurry greyish to black shadows I was expecting, INNOCN rendered shadow nuances from dark green to magenta with gray highlights and more in the same sequences. The crisp, blurry detail was better than watching live squirrels and birds on the patio. The many settings available to customize the visual representation on this monitor allow the knowledgeable person to largely tailor the display to specific needs. At this price I don't expect a more realistic choice from anyone. Additionally, it has multiple slow-flashing blue lights emanating from multiple spots on the back of the monitor, suggesting there's more going on inside than just following commands from your computer.
