I like that it can be used for multiple companies and departments, as well as multiple clients. The only thing I dislike about this system is that it does not have a good customer service department. Sometimes they are very unhelpful when you call them. There are some features that could use improvement as well. I would recommend this product if you want a robust tool with many bells and whistles. We were using a more basic version of this product and it was easy to learn and implement. It has allowed us to keep track of our time, mileage, fuel usage, etc.
