UPDATE: The company contacted me after I wrote this review. Got a replacement filter today. I support my review, but I understand that it was most likely a faulty filter. I would buy again because of the excellent customer service. I changed the star rating due to the quick response and full replacement. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This product is terrible. We bought this and installed it a month ago and now it needs to be replaced and it's not making ice. Zero value for money. Not what we expected. Big Divorce. I do not recommend.
