Review on 🌡️ Enhanced GrillEye Max GE0006 Intelligent Thermometer by Liz Hamilton

Pre-programmed (and adjustable) temperatures for regular meat Terrible customer service I wanted to love this product. I've used similar Bluetooth-only devices and had to be close at all times, which wasn't ideal. I have excellent WiFi coverage and can connect outside with no issues. I wasn't very happy with how it looked, but the magnetic base allowed me to secure it under the grill pan and gently move the sensors up and down so it wasn't visible. The app is very user friendly, showed lots of information and provided all the alerts one could ask for. Sensors can also be attached to the grill box to measure the ambient temperature. The issue I had was that I have 1 wireless sensor that came with the grill and the difference between the one that came with the grill and this product was about 30 degrees Fahrenheit. out. So I tried 2 other thermometers which read the same as the BBQ thermometer making it inaccurate. So I contacted support thinking that I might need to recalibrate or that they could give me some other advice. Grilling for a week. After a week someone finally emailed me and told me to put the sensor in boiling water, take a picture of it and upload it. So I still misread with the probes. Support then emailed me back saying the sensors are not waterproof and I destroyed the sensors by putting them in water. Worst support ever. Stay away from this product.
