Most of the work is done on the back end using machine learning and rules. This works well in combination with other tools like AI chatbots which also do most of the heavy lifting for us. Currently there's no tool that does everything, however if you build your own it will just be better than what anyone else has. If we were still using vanilla search or even keyword matching alone, then I would not recommend this product for sure as the results are terrible. However, given that our search engine does not provide enough relevancy, using AI makes sense. Sinequa has been very helpful in analyzing our data. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of features. There are some bugs with the platform, but the support team is quick to respond and fix any issues that we have. We are able to get insights from the data we have and use that data to make decisions. We are able to easily share our insights with our team.
