Update two months later: Post clamp spring keeps falling off. The felt has permanent imprints from the camera lens cutout. Original: The case I received is curved, not flat. The back of the case is made of plastic, while the other half, including the inside, is made of hard rubber/soft plastic that smells like new shoes. The clip is made of plastic, smooth, soft to the touch, the velvet on the inside of the screen has multiple cutouts. I didn't receive my phone so I'm not sure how the case will fit but as it is I can return it due to the quality. Updated with iPhone 12 installed: The phone fits like a very tight glove, which the jury says is not its fault. Once installed, the phone feels solid, giving it a rigid feel. Upgrade to 4 stars.
