As a music producer and sound engineer, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to test out some new gear that I purchased from Soundsulate. My experience, on the other hand, was nothing but a disappointment. To begin, their website is tough to navigate due to its excessive clutter. Due to the brief and vague nature of the product descriptions, I was unable to determine with absolute certainty what it was that I was going to buy. The service provided to customers was just as unimpressive. I contacted the company's support service via email since I had a query concerning one of their products. I waited for several days, but I received no response. When I did finally get a response, it was condescending and unable to provide any assistance. To make matters even worse, the delivery time took significantly longer than was indicated, and the packaging was of poor quality, resulting in the arrival of my equipment with visible signs of damage. I attempted to rectify the issue by contacting their customer care; but, they did not respond to my inquiries and did not offer an apology. Soundsulate is not something I would recommend using overall. My expectations were not met by any aspect of that company, including their website, their customer support, or their shipping policies. Their inexcusable lack of concern for the quality of their clients' shopping experiences is inexcusable.
