Cracks/vibration issues on the base

I have done a lot of research/review on highly rated brushes like this one and this one has been rated the best. When I bought it I was very excited to get it and use it for myself to stimulate my hair follicles as I have curly hair to my waist and its growth rate is slowing down. I also loved it because my husband has severe scalp psoriasis so thought it would be perfect for him too. After that has been said. I really enjoyed it and I could definitely see and feel the difference between the two of us. BUT unfortunately this joy did not last long. Here's what happened: 1) After 1 month of use, following ALL the care and usage instructions but also being careful, the detachable bottom (where the bristles are) on the side was completely torn, preventing it from locking in place as intended ! 2) Another downside to this brush that I've found is that the bottom base keeps twisting (unlocking) out of position even when used in one direction and NOT being massaged in a circular motion, which is what you're supposed to be doing should do!. 3) The battery cover wasn't completely flat in the closed position, causing the vibration to come in and out, forcing you to push a little harder to get it to re-hook and vibrate. Because of this, I believe it caused more stress. on the sides and causing cracks, but I'm not sure. Overall ok but not outstanding. I will not buy it again because of the higher price than comparable ones. Very disappointed to say the least and believe they could have done this with a better quality material rather than cheap breakable plastic. would not recommend
