Been buying this for my cats for a long time. One of them loves it and eats it as a reward. The other (in typical cat guise) loved it until she realized I wanted her to eat it and then refused so I had to start giving her the pills. It's soft enough to be broken with your hands, you don't need to use a knife, pill cutter or anything. I usually break it into quarters and she swallows it. However, doing it this way leaves a lot of dust behind. Also some pills are always broken in the bottle. Not sure about the ingredients or the quality but I just bought my third bottle and my cats have never gotten sick or acted weird while taking them.
