Ok so at first I was very disappointed with this product. I took it out of the box and followed the instructions to set up the device on my wireless network using an Apple iPhone XS. It failed miserably. I almost gave up trying the Galaxy S8 I have on a whim. It worked! I was able to set up the device and retrieve data from it. Okay, so I went back to the iPhone and I can see the data too, so the iPhone setting doesn't work. Now also remember that the iPhone/Android app is not the best. Either way, it will basically show you the website. The website and the ability to customize charts are really good. Although HW is really good. The LCD display is easy to read. The device looks like it will survive a fall. I use it to regulate the temperature in the pool. I think it's more of a business product than a consumer product. Don't expect flashy buttons and apps.
