(Old review, scroll down to find the new one) I've been interested in a cordless vacuum for a long time since I tried the Dyson v8 cordless that my relatives have. I started doing a little research and came across Jashen and decided to take a chance and buy one of their vacuum cleaners. Although they don't have as much information or reviews about them as Dyson, they do have a fairly significant price difference with Dyson. And when I saw an additional $30 coupon I was ecstatic. I am very satisfied with my purchase, the vacuum cleaner comes with all the necessary accessories. Fully charge the battery as soon as you receive it. Once the battery is fully charged, the LCD screen on the battery will turn off, letting you know it's ready to use. I vacuumed the whole house so quickly and efficiently. I have vinyl floors throughout my house and I'm not a big fan of sweeping as it kicks up all the dust. The Jashen v18 cordless vacuum cleaner has a good filter that is very easy to maintain. I seriously love it! I think it's just as good if not better than the Dyson cordless vacuum! To update! After about 1-2 weeks it turned off when cleaning with a fully charged battery, and then it happened again with the same use and 1 or 2 more times on different days. I agreed when I was in doubt, but still thought I'd better try again before my return window closes. And I'm SO GRATEFUL that I did. When the left wheel came off I thought it's ok, I'll put it on, it's ok. Then the right one fell off the next day and I think it's ok, if something else happens you're back! 1 minute after attaching the right one, the left one falls off again! And you can't over-tighten the wheels because then they won't spin when you're driving on the ground. Ok I'm done, glad I was able to get a return and refund soon after, so 2 stars for that.
