It makes your hand very comfortable

These are the first spring grip salad shears I have ever seen. It lies very comfortably in the hand and is very pleasant to use. The blades are sharp and strong, easily cutting through tough leaves like cabbage. It's also safer to use than a large knife. If you want to get your kids involved in healthy cooking but are afraid to let them wield knives, this is a good tool to have in your drawer.
