These are used shoes!?!
We paid for new shoes but they came without the original tags, with blackened and worn soles. Apparently they were used for a season before being handed over to us at full price. Not happy that it is not reported that the shoes are used.

- my daughter loves it The lining is soft. Keeps your feet warm and dry in harsh winter weather.
Cons
- Used product, the bottom of the sole is dirty. Returned immediately.
