So I bought them for my granddaughter and when she received them we found that the lining was sewn wrong and you couldn't even put your foot in it. I returned this pair and they sent me another pair and the second pair has the exact same issue. Dissatisfied

These are my granddaughter's favorite pair of boots. We have an extra pair in case one pair gets wet and gets caught in the snow. We didn't have that problem with these shoes.

The boot is waterproof at the bottom and there is so much soft material inside that my daughter's feet stay warm even on the coldest days. They suit her too! I am very happy with this purchase and am sure I will be back for a second pair once it outgrows these!

I measured my daughter's foot and checked the size chart. Kids 4 fit my ladies size 7ft. They're too big but she loves them so I'm keeping them. She enjoys trampling on them and since they are too big she has to wear them down.

We paid for new shoes but they came without the original tags, with blackened and worn soles. Apparently they were used for a season before being handed over to us at full price. Not happy that it is not reported that the shoes are used.

I ordered a size 6 for my daughter. I noticed they looked huge when we took them out of the box. The box says 6 but they fit me and I'm a women's 9.5. They are comfortable but trying to return them is a big problem for me.

It was very difficult for me to find suitable winter boots. Also wide ones are very narrow. I usually wear girls 4 or 5 depending on the shoes. I love that they come in "big kid" sizes which are almost impossible to find. They fit perfectly, have a nice wide wide toe and are warm. They also help prevent slipping. I was in running shoes and every time I slipped on the roadside ice. Not with these.

The seam on the boot is torn and they are only 1 month old. Now the water will definitely get into her boots. Strongly disappointed.

My 9 year old son says there is nothing wrong with these boots. So if they are durable and survived the winter well, we give them 5 stars. She wears a size 6 and they fit great, she said.

These boots looked really cute but they were too tight on my daughter's foot and she couldn't wear them. They also felt very fragile. We had to send them back.

The only thing I don't like about the boots is that the fabric gets caught between the zippers several times causing problems for my little one. But these are good, warm, cute, comfortable boots
