We've been using the Buydeem steamer along with the additional Double Stack (sold and tested separately) for about a month with no problems. We really like everything about it; It really makes our lives that much better by giving us so many more daily food options. It's very easy to set up and you can always pour water after you've cooked all the food in the batch. You can read how much water is needed on the side window with the minimum and maximum water line. Unlike some other electric pans with endless and confusing options and combinations, this steamer is very intuitive and easy to use. The timer starts after the water boils, which is great. Our favorite is the steamed live fish with spiced soy sauce. This steamer cooks the exact same food that could easily cost $50 at a restaurant!
