Will not fit Pentair Big Blue 10 " or 20 " filter housings. Very thin material

Measures 4 1/2" long, 2 1/4" wall side and only 3" wide and very thin material. Correct size: 7" long, 5" for the wall and 4 1/2" wide . Not even close.
