After the hardware no longer works properly, there is NO support!
pumps worked less than 3 months, then all 3 ordered consecutively stopped working. The blocks did not lift or reject condensate. Agreed with the seller who refused to provide assistance - NO ONE answers the phone number even after leaving voice messages. I also contacted the manufacturer who said to contact the retailer. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS!
