Review on 🍦 Lello 4080 Musso Lussino 1.5-Quart Stainless Ice Cream Maker - 110/120V 60 HZ by Robert Castro

I have had the pleasure of using this machine over the past 6 weeks and have made about 7 batches of ice cream/icecream. This car is a damn fine machine. It works exactly as described and exceeds all my expectations. This block gets very cold and does so quickly. It runs very quietly and the build quality is amazing. All parts except for the agitator made of stainless steel. The built-in bowl is a professional solution. I was looking at a Breville unit with a detachable bowl, but settled on the Lello not only for the solid build quality inside and out (not made in China), but also because it freezes your recipe so quickly. The presence of a built-in bowl allows the device to cool faster, which is extremely important when preparing such desserts. The longer the cooling takes, the more ice crystals can form, resulting in a grainy ice cream. I love Breville products, but I chose Lello because I also feel like all the Breville bells and whistles were nothing more than gimmicks. You will still run it manually like Lello for the best results. Pros - Quiet, efficient, well designed and built, easy to use, produces 1.5 liters in 13-15 minutes. Cons - only the price, but this is a moot point. If, like me, you're paying for a well-made product that will last for years, then the price won't bother you. The only complaint I saw here was about the cleaning. I found that greatly exaggerated. The warm sponge in the built-in bowl quickly thaws leftover cream. After that, this is completed by a series of napkins with a sponge or paper towel. The total cleaning time is about 3 minutes. If you can't clean this device in less than 5 minutes then you are doing something wrong.
