Once I received this unit it was fairly easy to set up. At first I was quite happy with it. The sound quality was very good (both soundbar and subwoofer). The 3.5mm audio cable didn't work with my TV; but the optical cable worked fine. However, after about a month of use, the device just broke down. He stopped working. The device powers off and/or on normally (with audible notifications when powering on and off). The red LED (operating display) lights up correctly. It can be turned on and off with a remote control or power switch. But that's it. Nothing else worked. Neither the remote, the power button, nor any of the other buttons on the end of the soundbar changed the mode settings (from Auxiliary to Auxiliary to BT/USB/TF modes). I have tried everything that is in the manual and nothing has worked. Update: After informing Revain and the seller, the manufacturer contacted me and offered a replacement unit or a full refund (my choice). I opted for a refund which was dealt with quickly. The company representative was very nice, apologized for the problem and accommodated my requests. I am very happy with the answer to my problem; and "no problems" how it was handled. The manufacturer has fulfilled its obligations, I could not ask for more.
