The first picture is the original side brush that came with the vacuum. The second picture is the side brush from Neutop Accessories. After installing these side brushes on my Ecovacs OZMO 920 I kept getting the 'Side brush tangled' error but nothing got tangled. This made the vacuum pretty useless as it would stop on this error so it had to be monitored while it was running to make sure the error could be 'fixed' so my battery didn't die in the middle of the room. I have finally noticed that the bristles on these side brushes are much longer than the original side brushes that came with the vacuum. I cropped them and the bugs stopped.
