Review on 🐠 LiquaGen Color Changing Deionization (DI) Mixed Bed Inline Water Filter: Perfect for Ultra Pure Water, Aquariums, Fish Tanks, and RODI Systems by Chelsey Smith

Fantastic product, great water and took me a total of 10 minutes to install under the sink as a final step to an existing drinking water filter. I have ionic air purifiers, I sometimes go 2 weeks between cleanings, they are quite dirty at this point, this season I have been cleaning every 3 days and need a very light cleaning. I then added some ultrasonic cool mist humidifiers. Water>Humidity>House air was so filled with white dust from mineral deposits from filtered tap water that I had to do a deep cleaning of the air purifiers twice a day. I added this filter and the white dust is drastically reduced and I can get back to my normal cleaning routine. The main system has 5 micron filters and the kitchen has a 10x2 cartridge filter under the sink. I have used several different cartridges with different water qualities over the years, NEVER was the water as tasteless as when I added this filter. I can't say it's a good standalone filter, I don't know and I won't try it, but it's a VITAL last step filter, especially if you use humidifiers at home. UPDATE: after 4 days of use. , totally drained, starts green when used up, should turn red to brown, 4 days later i checked mine when the water didnt taste that fresh anymore and the humidifiers smelled a bit stinky, mine turned black and started to clear will . This filter is great for a proper installation, this installation would only be the last step for a reverse osmosis filtration system in my opinion, any other filter installation will not remove enough minerals upfront to make it financially sound.
