Engine stopping problem fixed

The original cap had a metal disc inside that fell off. Sometime after that I noticed that after 30 minutes of running the engine started to die. On reboot it died much quicker. Apparently the disc was part of a venting scheme to prevent a vacuum in the tank from preventing fuel delivery. This hat solved the problem.
