I bought these for my mum who likes to curl her hair twice a week. She ended up buying a new set of reels and they didn't have that type of clip. She could not use them because, in her own words, she is old. First, she's not old. Second, she just doesn't like change. So I found them for her and ordered them. They saved my mom's hair and my dad's sanity because, yes, she called him names, and, yes, he was looking for her all over town and talking to the beauticians to help her find her. These are finally the ones she wanted and now she can still make them herself twice a week. They hold her hair better than anything she's used. So, in the words of my mom, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
