I have kept my hose spray bottles from previous NatureVet purchases and am now using this concentrate to refill bottles as it is currently cheaper. One bottle of concentrate allows you to fill the spray bottle twice (I pour half of the concentrate into the hose spray bottle and fill the rest of the spray bottle with water before connecting it to the hose to get the correct 50:1 dilution ratio). . In my opinion, it has a pleasant scent that dissipates in a short time, leaving the scent in the garden. We have a very large yard that is used regularly by 2 German Shepherds and the occasional Labrador visitor. The product works great when used as directed, but I think it works even better when a little more water is added *plain water, no extra deodorant. . When odor becomes an issue, which we typically experience in late spring and mid to late summer, I apply odor eliminator to the garden and then either take a spring rain shower with Mother Nature's compliments or take a quick dip in the water. Sprinklers to get it deeper into the ground* without creating puddles. This product hasn't damaged my lawn, bushes or flowers, and it doesn't bother my dogs, one of whom, by the way, has sensitive skin. I used to use a mild water bleach solution to clean the concrete pad in her kennel, but gave up when I noticed earthworms trying to escape the kennel rim after the bleach solution hit the floor. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think this NatureVet product will harm earthworms because they don't come out of the ground like they do when using the bleach mixture, even after I spray heavily. My only issue with the current product is the packaging, it used to have a screw cap. I think this is better to prevent accidental spills during shipping. but now they have a hinged lid and some of the contents leaked on arrival. Update 4/27/2015 I contacted the company directly and they sent me a replacement. Needless to say I am very satisfied with their customer service. I highly recommend this product. repeat buyers.
