Ideal for running in the dark

They work well. I bought the yellow ones and found that they are most effective when it's completely dark because the light isn't very bright, but it's great when it's full night mode / early morning before sunrise. I don't notice them on my boots/feet because they are around the heel, closer to the bottom of the shoe. I try red or green to see if the color affects the brightness and visibility.
